COVID-19 Lockdown: Nigerian Governor Shares 2 Cups Of Rice To Residents

Amid the Coronavirus pandemic that has been ravaging the world for the past 100 days which has also caused many deaths globally with over 95,000 in total globally.
This virus disease has made some states in Nigeria to go for total lockdown to curtail the spread of the deadly virus.
Thanks lockdown has made the Federal government to roll out some relief package as palliative inform of food stuffs and cash transfer to her citizens.
Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola has on his own part distributed 6,020 bags of rice to Osun citizens with over 3,000 polling units in the said state and when the rice was distributed, each polling unit get two bags of rice and with many citizens trooping out to get food items since they have been locked at home.
Owing to many people, the two bags amount to 60 rubbers approximately 600 cups which the citizens shared 2 Cups each and this cause rancur between the residents who expressed there anger with the government Representatives.
The Governor also flag off the conditional cash transfer of N20,000 to the vulnerable in the state.
Coronavirus infection cases in the state is around 14 people and total of 288 in Nigeria at large with 38 discharged and 5 deaths.
