Covid-19: Nigeria Immigration Boss, UCH Chief Medical Director Tested Positive

Amid the widely spread of the deadly Coronavirus pandemic, The comptroller general of Nigeria Immigration service, Muhammad Babangede has been tested positive for the novel Coronavirus.

The comptroller general was tested for the virus days after returning from United kingdom and he has since gone into isolation.

This was disclosed by the media office of the immigration service on Sunday. In the same vein, the Chief Medical Director of University College Hospital, Ibadan has also been tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus.

The statement was also disclosed by the director’s office on Sunday. Coronavirus has done a lot ravage to the world in general with over 24,000 death toll globally and more than 500,000 infection across the globe.

Nigeria has recorded over 100 infections with this current result and three people have so far discharged and recorded one death.
